These would be perfect except for one large caveat. There are no Simon Mall or affiliate locations in my area, so that would mean I would have to purchase one online. Which means using a credit/debit card, which means no more anonymity. So, this is a perfect solution for those who are close to a Simon Mall Center because then the individual could pay cash for his prepaid card. Alas, my search will continue.
